My Xmas holidays were amazing in this hotel. The service attitude of the staff was truly exceptional, and they were always keen to go beyond and above in pleasing the guests. I was impressed by the attention to detail, including the excellent breakfast and complementary drinks offered at happy hour. The spacious and comfortable rooms, as well as the complimentary mini-bar drinks and dyptique toiletries, were a welcome treat. the beautiful music performed by the resident duo added to the fantastic ambiance.

There were a few downsides; the distance between the rooms and facilities was quite long, which can be inconvenient.

We had an amazing stay with excellent service where the staff went above and beyond to please us. The hotel was beautiful and offered a great happy hour with complementary drinks and daily special cocktails. We enjoyed the daily breakfast which was delicious and had staff ready to assist us. Finally, the cleanliness of this hotel was impeccable.

The hotel staff attitude was exceptional, and they went out of their way to make sure we had an enjoyable stay. Breakfast was excellent, with a variety of stations fully manned by staff. We loved the happy hour evenings at the hotel bar, trying out a new selection of cocktails every day.

The hotel transportation can be hassle, as taxis are difficult to call and the private cabs recommended by the hotel can be pricey.

This hotel's design is fantastic, with exclusive amenities and a romantic atmosphere. the staff members, especially Polo and Cathy, were exceptional in meeting our luxurious needs.

But overall, this did not diminish the luxurious experience provided by this hotel's excellent service, exclusive facilities, and stunning design.
